Returns and delivery policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 28 days for a refund or credit against further purchases. Please state your reasons for return . All items returned must not be used or worn and must be returned in their original packaging. This does not affect your statorary rights. Please contact us on the above telephone number so we are able to make arrangements for their return.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours following confirmation of your payment. In the event of items not being available for gifts baskets we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of the same or greater value. In the event of a single item order not being available we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or full refund.
